Training Vision EDGE Programme

To get a job, an individual must have a repertoire of technical skills. A computer programmer must know how to code, a teacher must be certified and a surgeon must be an expert in using a scalpel. In modern workplaces, employees are required to be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the business ecosystem. In order to do so, employees must now also possess a strong set of soft skills.

Soft skills are personal attributes, social cues and communication capabilities that can help professionals gain insight on how others think. Examples can be communication, negotiation, critical thinking and conflict resolution. These skill sets help professionals, especially team leaders, build better relationships with co-workers and clients.

Training Vision Institute is pleased to announce our EDGE programme; comprising modular courses that equip professionals and leaders with soft skills that can help them manage culturally diverse teams, make better decisions and the ability to empower the people underneath them to achieve their potential.
